ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2004 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in B2B sales with Gateway Computers. As the company was winding down, an opportunity with State Farm came along and ultimately led me to build a new career in agency ownership. Outside of work, I'm a proud dad of two adult daughters and enjoy hiking, cooking, golfing, and spending time with family.
Giving back is important to our agency, and we're especially involved with local youth sports organizations and enjoy supporting young people in our community.

As Account Associate for Don Guzman - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
